Please follow the application instructions:
Make sure to fill in all details and upload all required documents that are requested. You do not need to complete the registration as soon as you register. As long as you keep the access code sent to your email, the system will save your details and uploaded documents until you decide to continue with the process.
The documents are uploaded to a secure server in Israel. You will notice that some of the documents must be downloaded from this site. Once downloaded, please print them out, fill in completely, sign and re-upload them to the system. Other documents need to be signed by your local community support system (such as your child's physician, rabbi etc.) or uploaded as is (for example; birth certificates and passports).
All documents must be uploaded and the application form filled out no later than two weeks before the screening day.
Please make sure to pay the application fee via PayPal on the registration page.
Without completing the registration stage and paying the registration fees you will not be able to take part in the screening for the program.
